SUPPOrT US

The Dyaspora Coordinating Committee is a 501(c)3 not- for-profit organization that raises funds to directly impact people in the communities we serve through our community development programs. Specifically, our Bassin Bleu Irrigation Project is thankfully moving into the prototyping phase and is on course for initial implementation in the coming year.
Our supporters help us cultivate, uplift, and celebrate the initiative and experiences of the Black Diaspora in the Americas. Your support of our work through a monetary donation will go a long way in our efforts.

Due to a general lack of publicly funded schools in Haiti, the majority of school-age children must enroll in private schools. The costs associated with attendance include tuition, uniforms, and school supplies. While they prioritize and strongly believe in the transformative benefits of education, most parents in Haiti who earn a median of $1,162 USD per year are not able to afford what amounts to over $500 USD for secondary school.
Recognizing this challenge, the DCC has created the Dyaspora-Haiti Scholarship Fund aimed at supporting students with demonstrated academic promise to continue their education.
